With the availability of Ataulfo mangoes in the market (especially at Costco), I’ve been doing a lot of mango-related recipes. (Ataulfo mangoes are Mexican mangoes that are very similar to Philippine mangoes. It is believed that they are Manila-seeded mangoes e.g. the seed originally came from the Philippines. I don’t really know, but it tastes like our own.

The easiest mango based recipe is mango shake … crushed ice, mango slices, milk, sugar and lemon juice, mixed together in a blender.
